Supply Chain

We have a strong in-house sourcing team with a broad network horizon, from domestic to international to source any kind of fabric and trims.

Our sourcing team at Auburn design is capable of sourcing organic (GOT's/OCS certified) and recycled cotton, recycled polyester, and OEKO TEX Certified trim supplier base.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN STUDIO

We have an in-house design studio capable of designing and developing our own and seasonal collections.

The studio will be managed by industry veterans who are constantly working with our customers on product design & development.

Our team of designers will travel around the world to get inspiration on current fashion trends and create our seasonal collections based on such trends.

CAD & PATTERN ROOM

Our CAD & Pattern Room will be fully equipped with the latest technology - Gerber USA with:

CUTTING ROOM

Our cutting room will be equipped with the latest technology "Gerber - USA" fabric laying and cutting.

Cut-plan and fabric allocation by software to avoid shade and shrinkage in PO to PO.
Cutting table wise planning and sewing line input planning by software to maintain proper WIP in each line.
Line wise, Roll wise traceability system.
A visual Control system on the shop floor to ensure process control.

Sewing

Our sewing floor is equipped with all the latest available technology from Juki & Pegasus - Japan. Automation on a special operation, all machines are equipped with direct drive servo motor.

Finishing

Printing
